16 Mar DeLong’s Business Update – March 16
We understand that COVID-19 has created considerable uncertainty. We are committed to updating you regularly and giving you transparency as to our capabilities during this time, so that you can plan accordingly. We also realize the situation is changing daily. As of Monday, March 16:
- Almost all DeLong’s Gizzard Equipment business operations are fully operational. We have sufficient inventory and capacity. DeLong’s has halted all on-site visits until further notice. At this point, our lead time and availability remain in effect everywhere.
- Our supply chain is stable. We have not identified any production or raw materials sourcing issues that will impact our ability to support our customers.
- Account Representatives and Technical Professionals remain active and available for remote service and consultation for our customers.
- Our customers are connected via email or phone 24/7 to an Account Representative and are accessible in real time. Our Sales & Service team members are continuously able to respond. We have organized ourselves so these experts can operate remotely from home as necessary during the current period.
Our Sales, Service, and Production operations are subject to contingencies we may not control or anticipate. This may affect lead times. We will update you if and as the facts above evolve.
